Behind every procedure, every indicator and every audit, there are, above all, committed people.
At Newelec, the QHSE approach is driven by a dedicated team, close to the field and in constant contact with the operational teams.
Lindsay ensures overall Safety & CSR coordination; she oversees the proper application of requirements on site.
Imani, in charge of CSR and the environment, structures and drives actions related to environmental impact, emissions reduction and sustainable practices.
Bertrand, QHSE manager, ensures the consistency of processes, audit preparation and the continuous evolution of the management system.
Blaise is the Quality manager; he reinforces the team during Quality checks.
Together, they support the teams on a daily basis, anticipate client expectations and turn regulatory obligations into levers of performance and trust.
CSR & Environment: A measured and monitored approach
Newelec’s environmental commitment is part of a concrete and measurable responsibility approach.
Every two years, the company carries out a carbon footprint assessment, allowing it to analyse its CO₂ emissions, identify areas for improvement and track the evolution of its environmental performance over time.
On the ground, this approach translates into operational choices: the gradual roll-out of electric vehicles, particular attention to the management and recycling of cables and materials, as well as a sustainable site approach aimed at limiting environmental impact, optimising travel and reducing waste.
This policy is part of a broader dynamic, recognised at group level, with the ATS Group obtaining the EcoVadis Bronze medal in January 2025, and a clear ambition for continuous progress by 2027.
Newelec also follows the CO₂ Performance Ladder, enabling a structured and comparable evaluation of its efforts to reduce emissions.
