What are our different business lines?

Joining Newelec means becoming part of a team passionate about industrial electrical engineering, where each project is the result of genuine teamwork.

We place team spirit, commitment, and sharing at the heart of our daily work, convinced that these values are essential for meeting the technical challenges of our sector. Here, everyone has the opportunity to get fully involved, share their expertise, and grow alongside dedicated colleagues.

If you are looking for a people-oriented, dynamic, and hands-on environment, you have come to the right place.

Designers and technical experts from the design office

Our design office is the starting point for every project.

Composed of engineers, designers, and technical experts, it designs electrical installations based on the customer’s requirements and site constraints.

The teams produce electrical diagrams, implementation plans, and calculation notes, all in compliance with current standards.

The design office also provides ongoing technical support to the site teams and project managers. Its upstream work determines the quality, feasibility, and safety of our installations. It is a hub of expertise, precision, and innovation.

Project managers and project assistants

A true conductor, the project manager, supported by an assistant project manager, coordinates and supervises all stages of implementation, from analyzing customer needs to final delivery.

They are responsible for planning, resource management, technical and financial monitoring, and ensuring that deadlines, safety standards, and quality standards are met. As the central point of contact, they act as a liaison between the customer, internal teams (design office, field, workshop, automation, etc.), and external partners.

Their role is strategic in ensuring the overall success of the project.

Electrical cabinets workshop technicians

Our technicians assemble and wire electrical cabinets in the workshop, whether they are power panels, control panels, or automation panels.

Each cabinet is custom-made, strictly following the design office’s plans. The workshop plays a central role in Newelec’s value chain: it guarantees reliable equipment that has been tested upstream and is perfectly suited to the customer’s needs.

This in-house expertise enhances our responsiveness and quality standards.

HVAC automation engineers & programmers

Our automation engineers develop the control systems that bring technical installations to life.

They are specialists in control and command systems, designing, programming, and commissioning PLCs, supervision interfaces, and HVAC controls.

They work in both commercial buildings and industrial sites, where energy performance and precision are key.

Thanks to their mastery of programming languages and their logical minds, they ensure optimal management of technical equipment.

Field teams

Our field teams represent the final link—but also one of the most essential—in the implementation chain.

Industrial electricians, cable installers, fitters, and electromechanics all work hand in hand to carry out on-site work according to established plans.

Supervised by experienced team leaders, they install cables, connect equipment, perform commissioning tests, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Their practical expertise, autonomy, and rigor guarantee that the project is executed in accordance with its requirements. As committed field workers, they embody Newelec’s quality directly at our customers’ sites.
